Major Phone Carriers require that “opt-in language” be included wherever phone numbers are collected on your website.
Please note that this is required regardless of if the phone numbers collected are actually sent any text messages. You must use the following format;
“I consent to receive SMS text messages from Remedy Aesthetics And Wellness. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. For HELP”(provide help instructions such as email, call, text, reply HELP, etc).
You will also need to add a checkbox next to the Opt-In Language to show that they acknowledge that they are opting in.
If you do not collect phone numbers on your website then you need to provide an alternative explanation of how consumers opt in to receiving text messages from your business with a screenshot.
