While searching for a fulfilling career path, Lauren started working at a plastic surgeon’s office, where she discovered her true passion for medical aesthetics. Encouraged by the physician, she attended aesthetic school in the evenings and embarked on a year-long, hands-on training program with laser devices under the practice physician’s guidance. After earning her aesthetic license from the Georgia Board of Cosmetology, Lauren joined the esteemed Dermatology Consultants, working alongside Atlanta’s leading cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Anna Paré. There, she gained exposure to cutting-edge technology and received a laser license from the Georgia State Composite Medical Board.
In 2017, following the birth of her daughter, Lauren and her husband Cooper returned to Mississippi. Facing an uncertain aesthetic market in Tupelo, Lauren embraced a remarkable opportunity as a clinical educator for Merz Pharmaceuticals. This role allowed her to travel across the country, training med spas, plastic surgeons, and dermatology practices on advanced ultrasound lifting devices.
After spending four years as the lead aesthetician at a prestigious practice in Oxford, MS, and accumulating 17 years of expertise in medical aesthetics, Lauren is now practicing at Remedy Aesthetics and Wellness, where she thrives on bringing the latest aesthetic treatments and highest level of care to her community.
